VCAP6-DCV Deploy Study Guide

So I plan on taking the VCAP6-DCV Deploy exam in the near future in order to upgrade my dual VCAP5 certifications to VCIX6-DCV. More details on the certification paths for existing VCAP5 holders can be found here:

To effectively cover all the topics required by the exam, I am going to use the exam blue print as my guide and as time goes on, I will covering each of these topics in details.
